Mercure Roma West - Rome

The room was comfortable and quiet the staff at the front desk EXCELLENT !

The breakfast spread was astonishing and large with fresh juices.

We were lucky to get the room. Stayed here only because we were stranded in Rome during ash cloud airport closures and got the room last minute. After two days, we booked a nice place in the city and saved money....  

Fra away from Rome center. To proivide shuttle bus to Rome center or key shopping outlets.

This non-smoking hotel offers lots of reasonably large rooms. The staff is very amiable, well experienced. It has handy and marvellous setting distant to the city centre. The restaurant serves tasty Indian food👍...  

Excellent as a first/last stop in Italy. Interiors are very nice and rooms are comfortable .

Hotel is too far away from the city center. Therefore, they should have a free of charge bus but in contrast they charge 5€ for each ride. Room service did not have a telephone number and both the bar, the restaurant and the reception did not answer the telephone calls around 10:00 at night

It was a perfect hotel. Clean and spacious rooms.

I had to pay extra money for a tax that was not listed on the Booked.net website. However it was not more that 10 Euro (I don't remember the exact price) I would prefer to be told about that before my stay.

Choosing this hotel for a layover was an excellent decision. The complimentary shuttle service and fair pricing made our stay convenient and stress-free, allowing us to relax before our flight.

My Jewelry was stolen from my room. We have the key log and know Jordan 12 entered our room while we were at lunch. This is the only employee to enter our room and the only time the room was unattended. The General Manager has been very incompetent and has accused us of lying. He even says we did not leave to go to lunch. The key log shows us returning after lunch and the hotel camera will show when we came and went. We are a military family and we were moving. My husband has given 23 yrs of his life in service to his country and does not deserve to be called a liar. Our wedding rings are gone, grandmothers jewelry, children's jewelry, anniversary gifts, and so much more. I have called ACCOR customer service 6 times and the department handling our theft will not even return my calls.

Nice building and rooms with 3 beds. The restaurant was GOOD, with very good food.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

The WiFi was nearly nonexistent throughout our stay.

hotel in the middle of nowhere, no public transportation, taxi takes 10 min to come and has preliminary charge of 10 € just to arrive

I had a great time enjoying the sauna and indoor pool , and it was nice to find a few local eateries like Atipiko and Fuori di Pizza just a short walk away for a casual meal after a busy day of exploring the city.
